About the role

Kresto Consulting delivers practical AI workflow systems for teams that cannot afford project chaos. Our work sits at the intersection of consulting, automation engineering, client operations, and change adoption. It needs a Technical Project Manager who can bring structure without slowing down delivery. You will manage multiple client implementations across discovery, design, build, testing, rollout, and handover. You will maintain the delivery plan, surface risks early, coordinate engineers and consultants, drive client decisions, and ensure the agreed outcomes are tracked rather than assumed. This is a client-facing role for a delivery leader who understands enough technology to challenge vague estimates and enough consulting to keep senior stakeholders aligned. You will be judged by successful implementation outcomes, not by the number of status meetings you schedule.

What you will do

Own end-to-end delivery plans for AI workflow implementation engagements
Manage scope, milestones, resourcing, dependencies, risks, decisions, and client expectations
Coordinate Solutions Architects, Automation Engineers, Implementation Consultants, and client stakeholders
Run effective stand-ups, delivery reviews, risk sessions, and executive progress updates
Maintain clear delivery documentation including plans, RAID logs, decision records, and acceptance criteria
Ensure testing, security, governance, training, handover, and adoption activities are planned and completed
Track benefit realization and report measurable progress against agreed client outcomes
Improve Kresto delivery playbooks, templates, and operational cadence as the portfolio grows

What we are looking for

5+ years of technical project management, implementation management, delivery management, or consulting engagement management
Experience delivering technology, automation, data, or digital-transformation projects for external clients
Strong command of agile, hybrid, and practical project-management methods
Ability to understand integrations, data dependencies, testing, security, and operational rollout risks
Excellent stakeholder management and concise executive communication
Evidence of recovering at-risk projects and keeping complex workstreams moving
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
Comfort working across distributed teams and multiple time zones

Nice to have

—PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or comparable certification
—Experience in EPC, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or professional services
—Experience delivering AI, LLM, automation, or enterprise integration initiatives
—Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Asana, Monday.com, or similar delivery tools
—Commercial exposure to scopes of work, change control, and professional-services utilisation
