Implementation Consultant – EPC & Infrastructure
Own the adoption side of AI workflow transformation for EPC and infrastructure clients. You will turn well-designed systems into changes that project teams actually use, measure, and sustain.

About the role
Kresto Consulting helps project-based companies remove manual work from reporting, document control, coordination, and follow-up. The technical system is only half the job. The other half is implementation: aligning stakeholders, redesigning the workflow, managing change, and proving that the new way of working delivers value.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the client delivery rhythm from discovery through rollout. You will document current and future workflows, coordinate client inputs, facilitate training, manage risks and dependencies, and keep every engagement focused on measurable operational outcomes.
You will work primarily with EPC and infrastructure clients in the United States and Australia. This requires strong client presence, sound project judgment, and the ability to hold constructive conversations with engineers, project managers, document controllers, and senior leadership.
What you will do
- Lead client discovery, workflow-mapping, and implementation-planning sessions
- Translate operational requirements into structured work packages for the Kresto delivery team
- Coordinate client stakeholders, decisions, data access, training, testing, and rollout activities
- Document current-state and future-state workflows, operating procedures, and adoption plans
- Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and measurable benefit realization
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and practical training for project and operations teams
- Identify adoption barriers early and create mitigation plans that protect delivery outcomes
- Prepare concise client status updates, decision papers, and implementation readouts
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of consulting, project delivery, transformation, operations improvement, or implementation experience
- Experience supporting EPC, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or other project-based organisations
- Strong workflow-analysis, stakeholder-management, and project-coordination skills
- Ability to run structured workshops and convert ambiguous issues into clear next steps
- Comfort working with technical teams and learning new AI and automation concepts
- Evidence of managing several workstreams without losing detail or accountability
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Work authorization and practical availability to support USA and Australia client hours
Nice to have
- —Experience with PMIS, document-control, ERP, or engineering collaboration platforms
- —Change-management or process-improvement training
- —Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools
- —Prior B2B consulting or professional services background
- —Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled workflows
