Business Analyst
We are looking for a sharp Business Analyst to join our consulting delivery team. You will work directly on client engagements — mapping workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and translating business requirements into actionable AI implementation plans for EPC and engineering clients.

About the role
Kresto Consulting embeds inside engineering and EPC companies to identify where manual work is killing execution speed — and builds practical AI systems to fix it permanently. As a Business Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of our client engagements.
You will interview stakeholders, map current-state workflows, quantify inefficiencies, and produce the structured documentation that our technical team uses to design and deploy AI solutions. You will also support the founder in preparing client deliverables, proposals, and impact reports.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple client projects simultaneously. Fluent English is mandatory. Candidates from all countries are welcome to apply.
What you will do
- Conduct structured interviews with client stakeholders to map current workflows and pain points
- Produce detailed process maps, gap analyses, and automation opportunity assessments
- Quantify workflow inefficiencies in terms of time, cost, and error rate
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI implementation
- Support proposal development with data-driven business cases and ROI models
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps
- Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are on time and to standard
- Collaborate with the AI engineering team to validate that solutions match business requirements
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent — non-negotiable)
- Experience producing structured documentation: BRDs, process maps, gap analyses
- Comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modelling
Nice to have
- —Experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry contexts
- —Familiarity with AI, automation, or RPA concepts and tools
- —Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday.com)
- —Prior consulting or professional services background
